improve customer satisfaction

My responsibilities include of: 1. Work with other Dept. colleagues as a team, do process flow analysis, change to be optimized, improve First Pass Rate. 2. Participate to improve custom made prom dresses customer satisfaction and achieve company competition, solving supplier incoming material quality performance. 3. Implement Suppliers' manufacturing the flat iron shop for us process audit then work with Suppliers for process optimization, product quality performance chi flat iron store improvement. 4. Handle customer complaint. After investigate and analysis the defect, i will collect related dept. to solve quality problem, have prevent action plan and support blog lace wedding dresses report to customer.
